Xiaomi 34" - AU Model

Hey guys,

Received my xiaomi 34" from Kogan today. I specifically ordered the AU/NZ model and I remember reading somewhere that it comes in a brown box and not the white one with Russian text. However the one I received is the white box with Russian text and the box looks re-sealed.

To start with, what is the difference between the AU model & other models? Should I be worried that the box has been resealed?

p.s: I went with Kogan because I had credit to spend by end of this month.

          yep, almost free. It was $539. Had to fight for it since the missus had quite a few items lined up for the $500 credit.

    Does the screen work as it should and are you happy with what you see on it?

      haven't opened it yet. Also asked the customer support for the difference. The clarified that it is the International variant with AU powercord supplied. The SKU matches with international/AU variants on other sites. So I guess it should be fine

        Not that I actually know in this case, but I doubt a monitor has any regional differences apart from power cable and maybe default OSD language

    Long as the menus on the monitor can be updated to Enlish instead of Russian probably OK?
