My coupon expires on the 22nd, not much time.
Only works at participating stores, so not in the one near me. I won't be able to use this voucehr, waste of time for me. :(

I didn't get the voucher as mentioned above. I checked their store locations on the web & 3 stores come up under SA.

just upload the coupon they send you please? :)
Each coupon has an individual code so don't think that would work. Although, maybe they don't check it.
Moreover in the email it also said:
To verify this voucher please bring along some personal identification.
Check your spam file, if you have one. They send your voucher the second you completed the page with your email address. In the headline of the voucher email they're using the word "free", which makes it most likely to land automatically in your spam file. My flatmate and I completed that survey and both times their email went straight into our spam.

They don't tell you where the locations are before they give you a coupon..

Did my survey yesterday.. and used my coupon today.
For a $0 salad it was pretty good! But I don't think the serving size is large enough for $8.95
Personally, I prefer Greenbean for salads. (Brisbane) www.greenbean.com.au
They're cheaper, you can pick exactly what you want in them and the sizes are larger.. still, how can I argue with a free lunch. Thanks sumo

I got one voucher (filled at home) but not able to print out this from office. They blocked the site (http://www.opinionspaid.com/) which is referred by the email they sent !!!. Tricks like web2email is not works with this site !, too bad.
Crappy voucher - Waste of time for anyone in SA - as mentioned above, participating stores not mentioned until you waste 10 minutes on the survey. Then when you do get the voucher it has been compiled in such low resolution its impossible to read at 1920 x 1200 on your screen so you have to mess with your computers display settings only to realise there are no participating stores within 2000km.
I just noticed this blog! Y was it a waste of time in SA? I got my coupon, took it to city cross arcade and enjoyed my salad!
Used my voucher yesterday on the chicken and pumpkin salad. The salad would have been nice but couldn't taste the dressing so it was rather bland. Plus you didn't get much of it, seriously not worth the normal $9. Maybe I should have asked for a salad roll instead, those looked good.
Sold my soul to "Market Research" for a salad…
