Wynns Black Label Cabernet is a true icon of Australian wine. First produced in 1954, it has a reputation for ageing gracefully and displaying excellent varietal and regional characteristics. The wine is produced from only the top quality 20 to 25 % of Cabernet Sauvignon fruit grown in our terra rossa vineyards. Medium bodied cassis flavours supported by fine tannins and integrated French oak. A generous soft palate reflecting the warmer Coonawarra vintage.

    • I ordered from them when it was in stock about a month ago - received the 2018.

  • Good find!
I had a $30 off $100 code in my email so for 4 bottles for $76.89 delivered.

    • mine can't apply to this wine

  • Could be 2015 vintage based on what I heard of previous purchases from BB last month

OK so the Wynns is sold out, but honestly I didn't want some random year anyway, so before you mark this deal expired, here is another option:

I went with 3x Bottle (1) Mount Langi Ghiran Cliff Edge Shiraz and 2x Bottle (1) Langmeil Valley Floor Shiraz which are a similar price.

The total was $141.72 then I had a $30 promo code Boozebud just texted me, then cashrewards. So total price was about $17.20 per bottle delivered.

    Cliff Edge is 96 points

"JAMES HALLIDAY, 2021 HALLIDAY WINE COMPANION
50% hand-picked, 50% machine-harvested (traditional), part whole berry, part crushed, 2 weeks on skins with cultured yeast, 14 months in French barriques (30% new). The Grampians at its most seductive. Medium-bodied, with supple dark fruits, licorice, spice and soft tannins."

Valley floor is 96 points and Vivino says "Featured in Best wines under $40 right now" https://www.nicks.com.au/2017-langmeil-valley-floor-shiraz

    • I ordered the cliff edge, as its a solid wine but judging by previous experiences with boozebud it could be any vintage, would be surprised if it's a 2017 or earlier

  • Anyone know who they were price matching to bring it down to that level? Would be happy grabbing some at $25.

  • Oos…

  • I can't believe I missed this either, even at $25…let alone with the CB!

  • 2015 vintage for those playing at home

    • You'd be lucky if you got that! It's back in stock and I got 2018.
