  • Wow seems heavy. Wanted to get one for my son but wouldn't be able to wash it.

Good way to hide the morning wood eh

Get the Giselle one for $5 more, get a $5 item and then get $20 off by paying with latitude pay (you can make full advance payments btw)

Giselle has good prices for all the different weights, and has the option for a much nicer cover too.

Will confirm its quality once it arrives

How do I even add the code?

    Coupon code field has disappeared.

  • Be mindful these are generally very small in size. These are not full size blankets

They’re literally the same density but just a bigger blanket. This being 9kg is 153x203 which is the size of a queen bed. The lighter ones would be the smaller ones you’re mentioning.

      • You are right I think

      • They are the size of a queen mattress but NOT the size of a queen blanket. A queen blanket is roughly 210x210cm. So yes, these are smaller than a full size blanket, as is usually the case with weighted blankets of all brands.

        • What I was trying to say was just for dimensions sake. 9kg = queen bed, but a 4.5kg one would be half the size. Etc.

  • 7kg variant Ships on 13th Jul WTF

    • Perfect timing for winter

These things must be really bad for the environment

I picked mine up recently from Aldi and very happy with it. They recommend 10% of your bodyweight and I'd actually agree with that - even though in your minds eye you want it to basically flatten you into a pancake, having the weight correct gives you enough ability to move around in your sleep and cosy up into it. It's a very gentle hug. The sizes are supposed to be for a single person to wrap you up, so S/M/L etc are really just for your body size - completely ignore Double/Queen/King etc of your actual bed they'll go under your other blankets where you lie anyways. Hope this helps.

  • Imagine carrying 10kg rice when you sleep. This is it.

    • 9kg of glass beads = 10kg of rice?

    • Pouring 9kg of rice into an existing segmented doona sounds like a great DIY weighted blanket.

  • Back in stock, with coupon code.
