Kogan or Other Stick Vacuum in $100 - $250 Range, Plz Help

Hi all, i need some help choosing which stick vacuum to buy, i am looking in the $100 to $250 price range.
My house is relatively small with only 3 bedrooms which are all shallow carpet, and the rest of the house is floating wood floors with the exception of a large plush rug in the living room. I have little to no knowledge on vacuum cleaners and all the brands I do know of are well out of this price range.

I am interested in Kogan's line up but I have found the options to be extremely confusing. The ones i am most interested in are:

After looking at the specs it looks as though the Z8 wins easy, except when you look at the prices it's an absolute mess.

Z11 PRO: $239, was $599 (supposedly)
Z8: $149, was $199
T10: $149, was $399

Both the Z11 and T10 are currently in stock, however the Z8 is in presale and won't ship until the 8th of March, the Z8 also has no reviews which makes it seem like it's the newest out of the bunch, but you would assume the one that has a numerically higher model number and double the price would be the best.

Any suggestions on these or any other stick vacuums will be greatly appreciated, i am open to ideas.
