how is this a deal when you get them in shops cheaper?

      • -3

Ah yes, but can you pay extra to get the one in the shop delivered as well?

        • +2

pretty sure you can and was on amazon.

          • @Rukiata: OK. You got me. It's a rubbish deal…

          • @Rukiata: yeah, i was buying these from Amazon for a while & it was the bigger box for about $8.
personally i prefer the cinnamon Cheerios

  • I just add some cinnamon powder to crunchy nut, kinda taste the same

What's mid 90's throwback website did I just visit?!

  • +2

I look forward to the day when we in general care enough about ourselves that we wouldn't be paid money to put this in our bodies

This should have a health warning and negative health star rating.

      • Yeah, they are going to do that to Orange Juice soon.

    30% sugar… it’s more dessert than breakfast…

    • +2

Won't argue with the dessert label but Cinnamon Toast Crunch is 25%, which puts it in Just Right and Nutri Grain territory.

Crunchy Nut Cornflakes and Coco Pops are 30%.

Fruit Loops is the effing madman. 38%.

  • I love this stuff. I have a laxtoce intolerance and still destroy this stuff

For a cereal called Cinnamon Toast Crunch…
More like more like Sugar Toast Crunch!

Cinnamon is minor, listed after salt in ingredients, with sugar second after the main ingredient wheat.

    • Does adding Milk ruin this stuff?

      • +6

Of course - far too healthy.
I'd recommend adding sugar, to achieve the American dream (weight).

        • I'm sure you could also put it in a jelly sandwich

  • $9.95 postage????????

  • $9.95 shipping on 1 pack from Sydney!
    That's an expensive breakfast.
    Shipping now added to Title

  • Found this LOL, when I googled this product.

"Cinnamon Toast Crunch is a sugar bomb to say the least. Just touching it can rub a gram of 2 of sugar on to your finger tips.."

This speaks a lot about it's country of origin's diet 😲

Brisbane based fans try Logan tribe of judah in Logan. $7 a box along with other USA cereals. I am a fan of cinnamon greham’s and these things are just too sweet for my liking.

  • Doesn't compare to Cinnamon Graham's from the UK (also called curiously cinnamon) - impossible to.find in Australia unfortunately

  • Impossible to find edible cereals in US supermarkets (we're there annually, pre Covid anyway) .. don't even try .. :-( .. !!

      • My blood sugar levels rose just viewing that list of mainly sweet breakfast treats - poptarts!

        Ah, breakfast cereals!
I grew up in a family with a strict control on sugars (genetic predisposition to diabetes). We were so thin.

Sweet breakfast cereals like Coco Pops were limited to only when on holiday, & only then from those tiny 8 boxes in Kellogg's Variety Packs. All the boring cereals had to be eaten before the next pack was bought. Otherwise it was porridge, home made muesli, etc.

Offered a family member in his 80's a Tim Tam - first in his life! A pack lasted over a month. Well diabetes wasn't going to be a problem at his age. Died @98. Never weighted over 63kg in his life.

As an adult, I've almost never eaten such sweet foods for breakfast. Never had a craving for them. Still enjoy my oats.
