  Oh geez. I'm still making my way through my 150 odd pina colada milks. It turns out they're surprisingly hard to even give away.

      I actually quite like them! It's the 38 odd grams of sugar in each bottle that gives me pause. Both these no-added sugar options only have ~20 grams so I can more readily justify living off them for a month.

      Also, the Diet Ginger Beers are 325ml x 24 for $24 at the moment, too. However, the Bundaberg ones go for a similar price on special Amazon every now and then and I'm not sure how these compare: https://nippys.com.au/product/ginger-beer-diet/

        Reckon they had the diet ginger beer going real cheap a while back around $12 but I did not pull the trigger. In hindsight probably should have had a crack at it.

    In lactose free milk, the manufacturer adds lactase (an enzyme) which breaks (cleaves) lactose down into glucose and galactose. It gives it a slightly sweeter flavour.

    This treatment of course doesn't change the amount of sugars are present in the milk — it just changed the form and how it tastes.
