It's a good price for this air purifier. If you are looking for a fan you might want to check for a cheaper alternative. It's not the latest model, but it has the app- and smart home integration.
The newer Pure Cool Me fan doesn't have the app and has no smart home integration.
Dyson updated their air purifier range to work with Google Assistant last year.
Bought this in September last year, since then have brought in 3 times to get it fixed. The first 2 times were for noise issues, then got replaced with a new machine because it was not fixable. The new machine also had a problem the first day I got it, where it did not produce air properly that i have to brought back to Dyson on the third time. Would not recommend this product.
Not sure it is my bad luck or a flaw of this model.
As an air purifier, a Dyson model was recently beaten by a box fan with a filter taped to it.

Our family has four of these. They're great fans but definitely not for desks - they're blinkin' enormous for that. Great floor based fan that puts out much more wind than the more elliptically shaped designs.
Be warned that for smart home fans, they only work with Alexa and not Google Assistant.
