I use CoinSpot as its australian exchange. Just wondering if you have an account in American exchanges? Do you need vpn or fairly straightforward?

As far as I can tell most exchanges have no restrictions on Australian users so no VPN is required.

Advantage is you likely get access to a whole lot more coins and higher trading volumes into most altcoins.

Disadvantage is you likely have lower (even negligible) volumes into most AUD pairs.

Binance would be the way to go. It has Australian regulation too, you can deposit and withdraw via Osko.

Largest range of coins and great volume. Fees are next to nothing compared to CoinSpot and there is virtually no spread on the buy/sell prices either.
