Hi All,

My first post here! I have been looking at purchasing a telephoto lens for a while now and was considering the 200-600mm Sony but they are quite costly. I found the Sigma 100-400mm was currently discounted at Digi Direct for $1150. It seems DCXPERT on Ebay had dropped their price to match and then Ebay Plus membership provides an additional of $173.85 off the total bringing it to $985.15 delivered which seems to be a bargin!

Thought it would be great to share with everyone :)

Edited - looks like they have just included another 3 units with a slightly higher price of $1019.15

      Yep i saw it and was like OMG this is crazy pricing, i couldn't pass it up even though i said to myself i wasn't buying anymore lenses haha

    Thanks, bought a different one SIGMA 16MM F/1.4 DC DN CONTEMPORARY LENS FOR SONY E-MOUNT with the ebay promotion. Not the best price but good for Australian stock with local warranty.

    I was contemplating pulling the trigger on this lens all morning. I just logged into OzB and saw your post and noticed that the quantity remaining went from 3 to 1, so I had to get in quick to get the last one!

        Absolutely, I agree.

        I've been meaning to try out telephoto photography for a while now so I can't wait to get my hands on this lens!

        I've also just purchased a 3rd party lens tripod mount as the Sigma doesn't come standard with one :(
