Not sure how many people this would affect, but I have both a Woolies Mobile accound linked to my Everyday Rewards, along with a Woolies Insurance policy.
When I first linked both of them, I assumed that I would be able to use the 10% discount twice a month - but it didn't work ("Sorry, the Coupon: "FEB2021" has already been used the maximum number of times."). Note I always do my shopping online and go for click and collect.
On 31st December I ducked in to my local Woolies and got a few things - the checkout operator asked me if I wanted to apply my 10% discount. Interesting as I had already done it online that month… so in January I tried it again and it worked.
So my tip for you is - if you have multiple qualifying criteria for 10% off once a month at Woolies - try both online and in store and it might work for you too!

You just need one qualifying product, and you can redeem it once online and once in the shop, until they fix their system.
And now it is on here, they prob will fix it soon.
