As far as I know it's just .uk. But postage does become more reasonable the more u purchase, I ordered three copies for $70.04 AUD delivered. I think the postage for three was around $8 US, whereas the postage for one, well……….see the above post for details.
No free shipping in us. It's just under $6 for first item but 99c for additional items so the more you buy the postage becomes more reasonable.

Bluray.com is accurate. Always has been in my experience anyway. It is probably the number one source on the internet for info and pricing on blurays. Anyway, DJS, don't buy it if you lack faith in it being region free. I'm sure that many others disagree with you and find this to be a good deal.
If you're sure you'll never want the 3D Blu-ray, you could consider the 2-disc edition for $1.50 less:
