Netflix Increase $14.99 to $19.99, I Thought They Were Locked in?

Not happy, Netflix increase when i thought the people that got in early had their plans grandfathered and kept. Now it's gone up. Anyone else affected?

            @Drakesy: Yeah, had to create a new account which is being billed with Turkey gift cards, which works fine, just lost all my viewing history :/

    Joined when it was first offered in Aus for $12 a month… they got one price rise out of me, and as soon as the second one got put forward a few months ago, Nope, time to find my beard, parrot, eye patch and hook hand… Im not paying that amount of money for being force fed their new woke agenda bullshit and mostly garbage selection.

      They don't loose money from that, they gain money. Their infrastructure doesn't cost much to run, licencing other productions content however costs a massive amount.

      This is why the Netflix library is ever shrinking and they offset that by running more of their own in house productions or contracting them out - which tend to all have the same story about LGBT in the inner city and even the woke crowd is starting to have enough of that.
