It's a big no-no to intentionally deceive, in this case the title and item specifics are intentionally deceiving.

I remember a when the PS4 launched, there was a case where someone bought a phyiscal photo of the console and paid the market rate at the time - believe he got a complete refund when it was disputed. Would expect this would be the similar and a refund would be made as soon as a case is opened.
This is why ebay is so shiet these days

Had this happen to me years back I thought it was for a MacBook and seller was trying to sell the box. (He wasn’t clear in the listing about it being just the box and all the MacBook specs were in the listing, price was buy now $600 or so can’t quite remember) ended up trying to hustle me but I got eBay involved returned it and he was delaying the refund until I messaged his Facebook business account and threatened to leave negative reviews. Ahhh good times

jacking up the price to stupid levels with a dodgy account is a great way to counter attack these scumbags as it avoids some poor sucker getting done over and the scumbags are left with all the work to cancel or relist the auction to avoid the fees associated etc.
