Probably bit more than your budget but i like the design and how space saving it is with the detatchable handle and shared lid. Now i just an assortment of pots and pans that just piles up everywhere. Drives me nuts. But if you have a big house, shouldn't matter.

Second Tefal. I bought a 5 piece set from Harris scarfe a few years back for $200 and it’s been the best.

I just use the ones from IKEA these days. Best value for money. They last just as long (if not longer) than the expensive brands…

  most of them have a pretty decent warranty as well.

  Depends on your cooktop. Not all ikea ones work on ceramic or induction, or say they do but then actually don’t. I have some scratches on my cooktop as a result.
