Best use of Altitude points

I have a relative (now retired) who would ideally like to use points for travel but Covid has put a dampener on this. He has huge amounts of QFF points but would like to get rid of Wpac card and find best way to use about 500K Altitude points. I'm not familiar with Altitude so thought I would ask collective Ozbargain brain trust for suggestions.

    If you're still holding out for travel, I would transfer the points to Krisflyer (Singapore Airlines) or Asia Miles (Cathay Pacific). Recently, Krisflyer had a 15% bonus points campaign which ended on the 16th of Jan. If you had transferred during the promo, 500k Altitude would give you 190k Krisflyer - equal to 2x First Class or 3x Biz Class redemptions from Syd/Melb/Adl/Bris to Singapore.

    For Asia Miles, I think it's 45k points for 1 way biz class Syd to HK.
