Hey all,
I use the official ozbargain Android app and have notifications turned on. When I get a notification and tap on it it just opens the app to the default page (ie. doesn't load to the actual deal the notification was for). So then I figure I would just go to the notifications list within the app (shows as the little bell up the top right on the desktop site). But I can't find anywhere in the app where the notifications are.
Any ideas? Thanks.
What phone? What OS version? Clicking on the notification should go directly to the deal / comment. The native app however is still very feature poor, and I am not sure how much we want to invest in it (comparing to the mobile site, or maybe a PWA version of OzB).

Interested to hear what usage is android app vs iOS vs mobile vs desktop. Ozbargain is one of my most frequented sites in chrome on mobile so I mostly access it that way.
This seems to have been fixed, but I now wonder whether there is a way to configure the notifications. The notifications I get say So-and-so posted a new deal, Really interesting thing for…, and that's it. It doesn't tell where, how much, etc, bc over half of it is consumed by So-and-so posted a new deal. I don't care who posted it; just the title, thank you.
