Thanks will try citadel
Downloaded Insurgency Sandstorm, seem to only find Asian Servers at best (played a few games 1am-2am, latency was 100-130ms), will try in Aussie peak times to see if I can connect to any Australian servers but the game is quite good for a tactical shooter.
