HOW TO ENTER
To claim, claimants must follow the below steps during the Promotion Period:
Click on a sponsored Instagram or Facebook post advertising the Promotion and be redirected to the promotional microsite.
Confirm that they are aged 18 years or over by passing the age gate to access the landing page;
Click ‘enter’ on landing page to proceed to the sign up page;
Sign up by logging into their Facebook account or inputting the requested details including first and last name, date of birth, and email address;
Check the tick boxes to agree to these Terms and Conditions and Patrón Tequila’s Privacy Policy available on https://www.patrontequila.com/en-au/privacy-policy.html; and then
Submit the fully completed claim form.
Upon completing the steps above, claimants will then receive an email with Participating Venue locations and their voucher. Claimants will also be provided a map with Participating Venue locations. To redeem the Offer, claimants must complete the following steps during the Promotion Period:Visit a Participating Venue; and
Present their voucher to the venue staff to confirm their eligibility to redeem the Offer. Proof of age may be required.

I got it without putting in a Facebook account.
Pro tip - With anything like this, instead of entering your first name, put the name of whatever promotion you input or a short hand equivalent. That way when you get spam and the first line is "Dear XXX", you'll know who sold your data.
I typically go one step beyond that and have setup a 'throwaway' email domain where the first part can be anything you like. I use the website/promotion/whatever name as my email address. Have to admit though, out of possibly 200+ accounts it's never come back to me from another source but it's still a good way to remain anonymous and easily block email addresses.
Yeah - the fake name idea is pretty terrible for a deal for alcohol where the vendor might actually have to ask for ID which you obviously won't have matching, and you can just change the email.
