Recommendations on Laptop between $500-$700

I am helping my dad buy a new laptop. Doesn't need to be anything too fancy but has to be reliable. At a minimum need 8GB RAM.

Suggestions?

    Would you have a guess of long of a wait it would be? I'm gonna be moving between three addresses in a span of a few months so I'll need to put in the right one so it delivers at the right place haha.

      Get a parcel locker. They're free, you won't need to worry about which house address to put in plus your parcel can't get stolen off your front step.
