OP said they joined not long before the virus so they must have joined mid to late 2019 at the earliest. Their membership should still be valid now with a 9 month extension.

This does not mean the 9 months began on 27 March 2020. The 9 months is added at the original end date of the membership.

Consider buying Coles Full Cream Milk. At least on the website they seem to have a "Love It or your money back" sticker on them.
