  not sure if the missus is into disney, but i bought mine a disney rose gold sterling silver heart necklace as one of her christmas presents. it looks pretty stunning in person, and its not microscopic either.

  Go Pandora bracelet with a gift card for charms. You pick one as a memory. Then if you ever get stuck for other present. Go the charm. She can set up a wish list in her Pandora app. Just make sure you get access to it.
