Good series for YA readers.
The 1st novel is an excellent post apocalypse novel. Over the series the supernatural creeps in which is a feature of many of her trilogies. Her genre is Romantic Suspense which she does very well however it might not be to everyone's taste. If you like her writing style and want something edgier her In Death series under the name JD Robb is a slightly futuristic, (not sci fi) police procedural (Lt. Eve Dallas) with well-developed characters, some romance and brutal murderers. Book 52 is due in a few days. FWIW the audiobook narrator (Susan Ericksen) is brilliant.
If anyone is looking for a random recommendation in the realm of this first novel I highly recommend the Zone Wars series by John Conroe. I would option it for a series if I was a streaming service exec.
