EDIT2: sounds like these are terrible - if you’re tempted by $0.50, probably don’t.

can’t confirm much about this deal yet. Husband is on the way to Coles to grab a few things and will see about stock and how it scans at the register.

Works out at $2/kg

I can’t imagine they are the most delicious dates but could be good for bliss balls, smoothies, baking etc for those who are into using dates in that way.

EDIT: husband couldn’t find them at our Coles, but also didn’t look too hard. not sure what section they would be in.

  Bought a pack to snack on about a month ago. Tasted like it was contaminated with kerosene oil. Chucked the whole pack in the compost.

  It could just have been just a bad batch but never again.
