Looking for Educational Resources Regarding Property Investment

I just want to get into property investment (well, I'm probably only going to buy a single one before calling it a day) and want to make sure that I know what I'm getting into. I've found a few helpful investment websites like passiveinvestingaustralia, but couldn't find anything specific to property investment.

  Check your local library (mine had over 30) for books on property investment. Look for ones that are for Australia and are recent. Also borrow some copies of the magazine Money.

  yeah book is much better than some website who at the end asking you to pay them to learn something
