    Hi mattgal,
    We utilise a pro rata billing system so our clients receive one invoice on their anniversary date. I would imagine that the slight amount above the $249.50 would relate to the added day in the year next year as it is a leap year (less the hours already gone by today).

    I hope that isn't too confusing! But if you would like, I can explain it further if you lodge a support ticket :)
