I am looking for a super simple software (free or paid) to manage leads enquiries for a small business.
Currently we are just using an excel sheet to track when people call/ email/ online enquire, and don't really have much flexibility or power in it. Also a lot of double entry if the info comes in from our website or email.
We don't need anything powerful like Saleforce to track people through to sales as it is more of a consulting business. Really just need a way to track leads in a central area, and possibly have an option to link it to an online contact form from something like Wordpress if possible.

You may need to get professional support to implement a DR and backup strategy for your small business as I suspect you may not have one.
