Anyone received their $30 Westfield GC from AMEX Promo

I got the email stating it'd qualified on the 1 Nov with GC delivery to be within 4-6 weeks, and it's still nowhere to be found

Anyone received theirs yet??

Had to change my card number while this promo was on (existing card was compromised) and i rang them and said will this affect anything like the promo "no all ok we just link the two" mmm no email so far sounds like a problem heading my way ;)
