Wish is just a marketplace and the reliability will depend on which seller you buy from. I'd much rather buy from Aliexpress.
You're very likely buying from some very low-rated seller in china so don't expect things like warranties, return policies and fast shipping. due to Chinese new year it's very likely you will get your items at a much later date (maybe months from now).
