I am looking for a quality shoe cabinet with doors that can accommodate about 12 pair of shoes ranging from kid shoe to size 11 male shoe. Any recommendations are appreciated.

IKEA Billy bookcase with doors. You can get extra shelf inserts to further increase capacity. You can also choose different coloured doors for a two toned look.

I am looking for a sliding door with gloss panel or glass shoe cabinet but that is not bad and not too expensive

Bought something like this that fit a space I had:

Dismantled it.
Cut the depth in half or thereabouts to accommodate the shoe lengths.
Bought extra shelving. cut it to size. Ended up with 11 shelves total.
Can fit over 40 shoes…

Yes. You will need to drill many holes for the above.
In my case, can fit 3 adult shoes comfortably on a shelf. 4 if you cram it in…
