You will buy an original and legal key code for the Sims Medieval game for PC. EA Origin needs to be used to download the game. Apparently, once one has registered with EA origin, the key code is put in, then the game is selected from the account and then downloaded to the PC (about 5GB).
You will receive the key code quickly after payment, and then can download the game and play.
Scroll down in the description - you will find it in English there.
Last weekend I saw the same game for $78 at BigW. If you can do without the case and the manual this is a great bargain. The game will remain in your account and according to forums it could be installed on multiple computers (although EA will not divulge the exact number).
I have bought a code but have not activated and downloaded the game yet as it is a Christmas present for a 14 year old boy who will prefer to do it himself on Christmas day.
I do not expect any problems as I have bought codes for other games before with no problems.
Good for all the people who missed out on the earlier EA mistake (http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/58001), I guess. :P
