Got one of these for the car, reviews seem good. Not sure if 4% CR can be stacked with the CLUB5 code but worth a shot. 8% Suncorp/AAMI GCs takes it down to $166.05.

Is thereA suggested cleaning mix or just soap?
Diluted laundry detergent + 2nd pass using clear water to rinse out any residual cleaner = winning
One of the car detailers on youTube just sprays the diluted solution onto the car seats directly and uses the Bissell (with clean water only) to rinse and dry.
Weak dish soap is usually best.
Or anything you'd use in a regular washing machine.
You can also stop at any vacuum store and get a $5 bottle of dedicated carpet concentrate.
The anti-pet one is great for cars, has odour neutralizes in it.
Washing up liquid can leave a sticky residue. Read somewhere wool wash can be good for cleaning carpets as well..
As for the bissel itself, at the end of the day it's just a liquid applicator, a brush and suction. Many ways to achieve that result.
Washing up liquid can leave a sticky residue.
Which ingredient?
I can see that the various fancy 'moisturizing' ones contain xanthium gum, or aloe, or junk; they might.
But the cheap dishsoap shouldn't.
Fine; I'll reveal my favorite :p
https://www.bunnings.com.au/monarch-3l-sugar-soap-with-mould…Its literally just sugarsoap, with some ethanol, and a small dose of BAK.
I use it 1:4 when cleaning soft materials.
@MasterScythe: Dunno mate, I used super watered down Palmolive. It did a brilliant job of cleaning, but dirt / grime came back twice as fast as areas that weren't treated with Palmolive.
Cheers for the sugar soap tip. Have you tried laundry detergent or wool wash?
Do you use this set up as an upholstery cleaner? Ie clean your couch? Or better for just spot cleaning?
It's great for upholstery cleaning. My kids are constantly getting messes on the carpets so it's not actually been very helpful for carpets are I need a larger sized carpet cleaner.
I had the spot cleaner and found that while it cleaned the area, it basically pushes the dirt outside of the area you’re cleaning. So you clean one spot, and then you have to clean the other spots around the original area. Rinse, and repeat, and I returned it for a full refund
Linky for the ryobi please?
I could only find this one : https://www.bunnings.com.au/ryobi-18v-one-18l-wet-and-dry-va… - which is not what you were recommending?https://www.bunnings.com.au/ryobi-20l-stainless-steel-wet-dr…
First one on the list
Already linked by someone; but ozito do one too.
Basically any wet shop vac.I must be losing my eyesight, the only link to the Bunnings Ryobi $99 wet and dry, that tictok is seeking is the link I posted.
@arsenal1: What term are you searching?
Just type 'shop vac'

Thanks guys. Do any of these wet vacs come with a specific upholstery tool for couch and car? Is there a specific model more suited for carpet, couch and car?
It's all about convenience right? Kid accident or dog accident, this thing is a life saver, so easy and quick.
Really not the same thing at all.
This is a spot cleaner you keep in the cupboard so you can immediately attack small spills and stains before they can permeate.
Bunnings cleaners are for cleaning up an entire carpet or even house, and it's not practical to go and get one every time you have a spill.
You’re correct except for the fact that this marketed as a car shampooer. For that purpose you’re better treating, agitating and extracting as above.
Coupon code "CLUB5" cannot currently be added to your cart.
That is because it was for Friday only with that code
Great product surprisingly effective for its size. The Bissell spot and stain can be bought at super cheap and will be effective in any machine.
I have the green one and found it only did marginally better than a wet soapy rag.
Wow can i have your wet soapy rag please?
Please remove code and revise price in title. Price not valid as code expired yesterday. Correct price is 189.99.
I purchased this a few weeks back when my daughter had a stomach bug. It did a great job cleaning the vomit out of the carpet with the cleaning liquid provided.
Its also very compact so you can easily find a place to store it.
The wetvac idea from bunnings and a simple dish soap spray bottle is fine as well, but if storage space is at a premium get this. Also available via the Sca ebay page. For the ones with any eBay plus codes like Plus3p can save a couple more $.
I want to carpet clean the stairs, will this be ok?
Yep!
If anyone is OK being a bit more DIY for a way better job; a wet ryobi shop vac from Bunnings is $99 (comes with a rug tool).
And a basic pump and spray bottle is $5.
Tried both; the dIY method with the full size vac is world's more effective.
The small one is amazing if you're space restricted though.
