Great book highly recommended, especially if you’re a Prime member.
Or just a gift idea etc.

This is a great book, builds on the theory from The Power of Habit Book by Charles Duhigg.

Yep, had no issues. Unless I missed something?
What issues? Maybe I can have a quick flick through for you lol

some pages have double print :) no need actually was curious. thanks
Great book, much more practical than most of the self-help books out there.
Very good self help book
Read this book, followed the tables, ended up quitting smoking (I had no intention lol). Highly recommend!
Nice! Great stuff :)
Always good when a book (self help n all) actually makes a difference rather than a temporary boost in morale n mood.
i am subscribed to his emails, for a quick daily/weekly dose of quotes, which i quite enjoy. not sure if im ready to shell out money for his book (mainly because i have yet to finish all the other e-books i have)
good deal regardless
Lol it’s $14. Why not support the author
The last part of my comment in brackets explains why.

Sounds like you lack discipline and resolve! Buy this and read it first, who knows what'll happen :)
yup, time management is my weakness! work, gym, eat, netflix/game and reading is my struggle to juggle
I'd highly recommend the audiobook, it's narrated by the author. You can find the tables etc on his website.
I have the audiobook. Narrated by the author himself! Recommended. Also has online updates of sections available for free too!
Where are the updates?
loved this book. Quality content and a real easy read too. 5/5 from me
Can recommend, great book. Personally prefer the Audible.
Enjoyed this book from a deal previously.
It's quite…. Clear… from the comments this is a good book
Clearly, you have some punny Habits even though the humour was Atomic at best, I enjoyed that
ha - cheaper on paper than on kindle!
Thanks for the recommendation.
