My niece is turning 5 years old next month, any ideas on what to buy as a birthday gift for a 5yr old girl?

    Ask her parents what she’s into if you don’t already know
    Some other ideas
    Board games
    Active toys (bike, scooter, roller blades)
    Dolls that you can do stuff too eg style their hair, dress up etc
    Craft kits, like making jewellery etc
    Lego kit of a favourite theme

      But what is your budget?

      Eg you could take her to the frozen show at Capitol Theatre, but that can set you back $100+

      My daughter loved it when her uncle took her.

    As others have said, your budget and your niece's interests are big factors.
    But it's an age you can't really go wrong as far as the child is concerned - most of the time they highly value McDonald's Happy Meal toys and fidget spinners!

    Depends if you want to get her more junk or something useful.
