Yes all in one desktop.
You mean a Laptop which can also be used as Tab? https://www.officeworks.com.au/shop/officeworks/c/technology…

Not sure about your requirements, but i will go with a laptop and connect to a 24inch + screen.
Id go for a Dell All in one, eBay usually has a 20% off for dell every now and then, Id also go for a 27 inch model i5 or i7 and try to get 16GB ram

Got this for the Mrs. I believe it's fairly good value and compact as a AIO especially if all one does is word processing and web browsing.
Check out "Acer Aspire 27-inch i5-1035G1/8GB/1TB SSD All in One Desktop" from Harvey Norman on Prino https://prod.prino.io/discover/product/y099pnm1-xdn5vw12mvrq…
Historical low was $1,199 - bought at $1,799 but thankfully had 28 Degrees Price Protection. :)

Not sure how competitive the pricing is but the quality of goods from the outlet is as good as new
OptiPlex 5480 All-In-One is a pretty good pick. It also has 3Yr ProSupport: Next Business Day Onsite Service Warranty and a GTX 1050 video card.
Better value than the HP that I initially was going to suggest
New M1 (or similar) iMacs are coming
Avoid HP all in one PCs. I purchased one 12 months ago and have had numerous hardware and OS problems. It replaced a 9 year old Toshiba all in one which had better specifications and operated flawlessly. Unfortunately, it couldn't be upgraded to Windows 10.
BTW, HP support is crappy. One issue I had is that the PC wouldn't sleep. HP support spent 3 hours remotely logged in trying numerous fixes to no avail. I subsequently disabled 'allow mouse to wake computer' which has fixed the issue. Of course, I now use the power switch to wake the PC from sleep.
If you are looking for an all-in-one laptop, I was eyeing this deal: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/599146
Or are you looking for a desktop (all in one in the monitor)?
