Hello everyone,
had a job up close to bundaberg today and bought 2x 3-packs of bottle and they are carry bags.
after 4 hour drive i got home and was on the way to the door of my place and boom. one of the bags broke on my hand and 3 bottles were broken.
can I blame them for selling it on a faulty carry bag or is there something apart from crying that i could do?

Sending them a "emotionally neutral" message informing them certainly doesn't hurt.
As you were dealing with the company directly(bundy for bundy :P) this is informing them of a potentially issue with the product packaging(including potential safety issue) and allowing them to not only rectify the situation but make a gesture of goodwill.
Also try their facebook page with the picture and a simple:
"Hello, I have bought 2 x 3-packs of your product with the integrated carry handles.
After I arrived home and was on the way to the door, the handle failed and it fell to the ground, in doing so 3 bottles were broken. Is their anyone I can contact about this for a possible solution? Thank you."

Did you hold/support the bottom of the bag? Note to self never trust carry handles especially with glass contents
I was just carrying one on each hand on the handle of each bag. one was fine the other one was shit. :(
