          I can't see any bargains on their site either.
          In fact the stock looks quite expensive, especially when new laptops are only approx $100 more, which have at least 12 months warranty.
          YMMV.

            With the extra $50 off, we were hoping to hit a certain value.

          Looks like our first try wasn't a very good one.

          We will do more research and fix this ASAP.

          Initially, we got the RRP, reduced it by quite a bit, then took some more off for the sale + coupon.

          We're still learning so we appreciate the feedback.

              But to be more specific, this one below we believe is one of the better bargains.

              With the $50 off these are about 40% cheaper than the RRP.

                Nope, because there are lots of items on other sites that I can find that are more than $50 off…

                A bargain is an item that I can't find cheaper elsewhere…

                  @jv: Thanks Jv,

                  When we first listed these laptops, we looked to make sure we were cheaper than what was available during the Christmas period.

                  We will look into this again as the market may have changed in the past few weeks and make sure we are still cheaper.

                  Thanks for the feedback, it will help us get better as we grow as a very small business.

    What's your definition of refurbished? That could be anything from a wet wipe down to complete replacement of battery and outer shell to 'as-new' condition.

    Presuming these are mostly older corporate laptops. There's got to be a better way to display them on your website for spec comparisons.

      We procure the laptops from an Authorised Refurbisher.

      They have stated that they have tested all functions of the laptop.
      They also state that all laptops are in near-new condition with possible signs of minor use.

      From experience from previous sales, we have found them to be consistent in providing laptops with nary a blemish on them.

      From our communications with them, any signs of major use or any faults found during testing will be recorded before selling to us, so we have avoided purchasign any such products from them.

        Oh so you don't even refurbish them yourselves? Just middle-men selling them on from yet another third-party?

        There's not even an address listed on your site and it's a generic gmail contact. I'm not sure the '6 months warranty' is any reassurance whatsoever when you can completely disappear overnight.

        Even the ABN listed on the site is for a Crane Sign company…

        Yea, I can't see that working as a business plan. Good luck.

          I agree we are as you say, however we like to order in bulk so we can get the prices down.

          We have a listed ABN and will honour our warranty as governed by law.

          As we are a very small and are just starting, I understand being unsure.
          All we can do is do the best we can to offer peace of mind.

    Hi All,

    Looks like we were a bit hasty with coming to Ozbargain with these prices.

    We still believe there is some bargains to be had depending on the product,
    So this post will remain up, also as record of feedback for us to build upon.

    As we are a very small business we will take all the feedback and come back better.

      post 1 or 2 specific product as "bargains" then, so that the crowd will be able to check if it is cheaper elsewhere or of any value since you sell refurbished products
