      That's not a problem. As soon as it goes into 2nd week offer will disappeared from activated offers.

  • The offer for 10000 points disappeared from the 'Activated' tab and also the bonus points are not credited yet.

    According to the original email "Bonus points will be loaded to your account 48 hours after your qualifying shop in each week. " The 2000 points from my first week are still not credited. Anyone got the bonus points (2000) credited for first week????

    edit: Just to clarify, I got a 1800 bonus points offer on $30 spend (on top of original 10000 points offer) in the first week. I made the purchase and the 1800 points are credited. I got another 1800 bonus points offer on $30 spend (on top of original 10000 points offer) in the second week. I made the purchase and the 1800 points are credited. But no sign of the 2000 + 3000 bonus points from original offer.

    Last week, activated the 10,000 for 3 weeks and I was spending $33 in coles last week, there was no bonus points in my account, I called flybuy customer service and she told me it seemed to be a system issue and advised me to keep spending and the bonus points would be credited.

    • Yes I have not been credited either points or bonus from my shop on 22 Jan but have been from 28 Jan. So the system recognised I did week 1 shop because it gave me bonus for week 2 and also my reminder email said I had completed week 1. Will have to keep checking, hope there is no problem as I seem to have misplaced my receipt.They have also not credited points or bonus from $80 spend on 15 Jan but bizarrely they have deducted the flybuys dollars I used for that purchase and it is recorded in the flybuys dollars transaction list. Seems to have been many issues lately. People really need to check their accounts.

    Week 1 and 2 was fine.

    Shopped wk 3 on Monday spent $30.60 and used $20 flybuy dollars to pay (used up 4K points from wk 1 & 2). The standard points are shown on Tuesday night in fb acc but no signs of the bonus point. Anyone know if this is because I used flybuy dollars as payment? Or their system not working? Thanks!

      Exactly the same situation for me!

      I didn’t use my point for week 3 payment, but week3 bonus points (5000ponits) are still not shown. Shopped on Tuesday at 2pm, which was more than 48 hours ago, $33.45.
      I only see 33 points on my flybuys app..

      I use the flybuy dollars all the time to pay and does not affect the bonus. Seems they are having some IT issues.

      I think the system has been fixed.
      5000 points credited this morning.
