  Yeah that'd be great and comment lines like reddit would make it even better.
  But didn't that get removed because people abused it? Maybe instead of capping it at 4, have it at about 7 or so?

    true, however the only problem would be replying heaps of times(and as reddit does, continues it on a new thread)

      On one hand, Reddit load more comments system is good so you can ignore subthreads. But then again, I find it a bit tedious pushing load more to see all comments. Would rather have everything shown. Not sure what the answer is. Make it flat like Whirlpool and use quoting?

  My request is to have the reply button under every comment, and have it replicate the functionality of finding the previous comment and hitting reply.

  I can implement this - however be aware that the reply link for level 4 comment will really replicate the behaviour of clicking on the reply link for its parent in level 3 - which may be a little confusing visually, because the input box for the new reply will appear below the parent.
