I have been trying to resolve a dispute with one of the Vendor who has charged wrong amount since Nov 2020.
The Customer support agent are only available on Message Center where they take hours to respond. The Agents have asked multiple time to raise a dispute for same case every time it had been declined by PayPal without any proper explanations.
Is there are any way of escalating issues for proper responses?
Or I got a feeling that they would not like to go against Big vendors!!!
I have screen shots of the responses they have given and you will see how unbelievable their responses if I am allowed to upload.

You should always go through the Resolution Centre for cases: https://www.paypal.com/disputes/
This maintains a track record in writing and offers options to escalate once a certain period of time has elapsed with no resolution. There is no favoritism for 'big vendors'.
