Genuine Samsung Australian stock with 2 years warranty.

Edit: Appears to be error in the product information and photo. Will see if Amazon honour it.

Edit2: Thanks to user Jklaro for informing me that it has now changed to "without S-Pen". I contacted Amazon about it and this was their response:

Not to worry, it will be arriving as described at the time of placing order. If there is anything wrong in the item after delivery you can contact us and we will issue full refund on return.

Edit3:Just got another email from them. Apparently they will send the one without S-Pen and refund us the purchase price. So free $30 case, I'm happy with that! :)

If you are happy to receive the version without the S-Pen you are welcome to leave your order open. To make up for inconvenience caused, we'll process a full refund for the item purchased 48 hours after the order has shipped and you can keep the item free of charge.

    Seems like they stuffed up the picture. Only black shows the S pen slot but the other colours don't.

    Good deal if they honour it. Samsung's website shows that the normal silicone case retails for $34 which is likely what they were meant to show.

    imho one can't reasonably read into the wording or pictures of the advertised case that it also comes with the S pen … that it is simply an implied reference, as part of the product name, to the case having the capacity to also carry an S pen.

    Completely different is the other link mentioned in comments - https://www.amazon.com.au/Samsung-Silicone-Australian-Manufa… … which does, reasonably clearly, seem to include the S pen. Though would seem worthwhile waiting for the S pen Pro to come out, for full functionaility.

    While the description does not include the S-Pen, the Style name under the photos says "w/S-Pen", as well as stating it under the Product Information. I would screenshot this, and hopefully it could be used as a reason to return if needed. Doesn't look like it is normally eligible for returns.

    To me this just means it's a case with a spot for the S-pen as opposed to a case that doesn't have a spot for the s-pen but does not come with an S-Pen.

      If anything, I would say the other way round. No spot for pen, but you get a pen with it (i.e. w/S-Pen). However, the photo of the black case clearly showed it has both the pen and the space for the pen to be placed. Likely have used the wrong photo, but @AeyJey advised customer service confirmed it comes with pen. Will just have to wait and see. Black is now OOS. Pink and Violet only left.

      I doubt it, they wouldn't be an expert in every single product amazon sells. They would have just read the same description as we have on here and assumed it came with the pen.

      I'd be going off the model number listed, which is the case with no pen.

        I am just going to return it if it didn't come with it. Amazon returns are very straight forward from past experiences compared to any other vendors. Also took screenshots of the sale stating it comes with S-Pen.

        Second that. They are not the smartest of the bunch plus don't have time to double check everything. They just read off the product page. We will see more research done here by OzB members.

    It's $50 USD.

    So they are charging $40 USD for the S-pen.

    I can't picture how the Silicone cover for $34 AUD can include an S-pen which Samsung USA values at $40 USD (add some aussie tax to that).

    It's probably an error in the listing. This price is meant for the non S-pen cover. That's my guess.

    Another interesting thing to note is that it says "S-Pen compatible with Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G only."

    It's probably a decent deal… but it's such a "We spent millions to make it nice and sleek, but here's a cheap case and s-pen feature to make it fat and ugly again!"

    Like… you'd never buy a durable phone with bezels that big that's got the pen holder integrated…

    But you will buy an expensive sleek phone, then put a durable case around it that gives you a fat lopsided bezel that has an integrated pen holder.

      Yep, part number on Amazon: “EF-PG998TPEGWW” is matching the version on Samsung page without pen.

      Pink version with pen is: “EF-PG99PTPEGWW”

    They have now updated the listing stating without/s-pen.

    When I purchased it said w/s-pen.

    The proper listing with s-pen states w/s-pe

    Now my purchase says without/s-pen

    I didn't receive an email about getting a full refund and keeping the item. I purchased the Violet version thinking the S/pen would be coming with it, but when received last week, no s/pen. Called up Amazon and the best that they could do without that email was offer $15 promotional credit.
