  I bought a pair of backbeat go 810 back in march, and even though I took good care of them and was trapped at home due to covid, the headband snapped in half less than 9 months out. Took them back to officeworks and got accused of breaking them (the broke under their own weight while I picked them up one day). Spoke to the company and got referred to officeworks, now have a fair trading case open. Not sure if these are any better, but if something ngoes wrong expect trouble

    Just wanted to add that my Backbeat 505 (got it through Telstra Plus) headband broke in a short amount of time as well. Disappointing experience.
