Well, purchased a PS3 Cooler, and a couple of other small things from Video Game Plaza, after seeing a post on here, that had a few + votes.

The order was placed on the 27th October 2011 for $27.65USD

I tried emailing them on the 2nd of December, to [email protected] (email supplied on their contact us page. I got a reply from the postmaster, stating no such email existed. Forwarded original email + postmaster reply to [email protected] - apparently that is their complaints email. Never got a reply, so I started a paypal dispute:

They have provided no explanation as to why this is and have provided me with someone elses private details. They obviously do not want to help this process any, even with my openness at the beginning to have this resolved between us, as I could not reach them on their email address..

So, today I called Paypal Priority Customer Service and they have arranged to have my money refunded at close of business today as the tracking number does not actually prove delivery to my address. I can only hope that people will find my post and be more informed about what they do. I of course welcome Videogameplaza (http://www.ozbargain.com.au/user/55432) to reply, as they have so far failed to do, except provide the wrong tracking number.
