4K <50" TV Suggestions

I bought a Sony Bravia TV in the mid 2000's and I'm looking to replace it with another Bravia because this one is playing up a bit now. It seems there are lots of Bravia models out there, so I'm hoping for some suggestions for <$1,500.

Wish list: 43-49", internet connectivity so Netflix etc. are easy to access, decent picture for movies (I'm not a gamer), decent sound, aesthetically appealing.

    Well there will only be one (possibly two) Sony Models in that size and price range.
    And it will tick all your feature boxes (picture quality and aesthetics will far exceed that of your existing set, all Sony's come with a Smart TV Android interface)
    So what advice are you seeking?

    If you can afford to wait, do so for the new models just announced…
    There's not many TV bargains out there as 2020 supply was limited, so demand has exceeded supply in the most part.

    Reserve some money in your budget for a Soundbar if you want "decent sound"

      Oh OK I didn't know there were only a few options. That's better in many ways, makes the choosing easier.

      I assume the new models will arrive in stores around March?

      In terms of the soundbar, I had been wondering about that also. How much better is the sound compared to the TV and what price range should I be looking at for entry level models? I'd prefer to keep it Sony as well
