Why do all prize homes and big draws come with gold?

RSL art union, yourtown , surf life saving, mater lotteries, all of them, even the car prize ones. All come with gold bullion. Some of them give you an option, like if you win a 3 million dollar home you can take the house or choose 3 million in gold bullion. And If you buy more tickets you win more bullion.. if you win with yourtown they store your billion, you can get it, or you can instantly sell it back to them and get the cash. Whats with the bullion? Why dont they give out cash? How do these companies benefit by using billion and not cash? does the winner benefit from it being bullion?? Is it a tax loophole thing for them?
This is a serious problem because im expecting to win a prize home in the near future and im trying to sort it all out now.

    Why do you offer Gold Bullion instead of Cash?

    It is actually a big conspiracy. I heard QAnon are working on it. Has something to do with why we don't have proper 5G in the world yet.
