Hi, wondering if anyone knows where the 65 Inch LG CX can be got for a decent price anywhere in Sydney/Central Coast or surrounds?
It's mostly out of stock, so the price even to order for delivery in a couple of weeks seems very high. Anyone know of any stores willing to negotiate a decent price? Even if it does take a few weeks to get delivered?
They usually get announced in Jan at CES each year, but don't become available in Australia until July/August, and will be full price for a while, so you will get stuck playing that waiting game haha, depends how badly you need one I guess, and how much you're willing to pay.
Yeah, WebOS 6.0 will be their carrot on a stick for C buyers, withholding it for existing owners to tempt them to upgrade. Hopefully they return to the 'full fat' 4.8 Gbps HDMI 2.1 ports as well like the 9 series had.
The GX series was pretty pointless unless you had money to burn and had a real OCD for aesthetics, so it makes sense they've at least got a new selling poin for the G1 this year!

Seems like VideoPro in Brisbane have a good deal on at the moment. $3,780 for the 65. Not sure about interstate shipping.

Managed to get my local Good Guys to honour the $3500 that a fellow OZbargainer produced their receipt here for.
So tempted to pull the trigger but going to sleep on it first..
