Don't think you can stack deals with them.

Booking through skyscanner 'car hire', the price for a Toyota Camry 'supplied by Thrifty' in Melbourne for 4 days is $276.
Booking through the Thrifty website, with the discount code applied, the same Toyota Camry is $614………. ?????? Entering my myNRMA member number in, the price I get is $509………. so either way, I shall be avoiding booking directly through Thrifty.
Tried this with a truck rental. It bumped the price right up to the rack rate.
Only works on cars and it negates the Auto membership discount (in my instance, racv)
What is the price?
