is dark roast better than medium?
Is a matter of taste IMO. I prefer 'medium'. Maybe think of it like chocolate. Do you prefer dark or not so dark?
Might be a somewhat relative indicator of general preferences. Though I'm sure given my example there would be some who have opposing tastes per item. Also if a bit to my surprise such offers for Moccona have no appeal whatsoever to those who take coffee more seriously than I. I'm not a 'coffee snob' but I do like a nicely made one from a Cafe once in a while. I have been adding those Nestle Hazelnut coffee packets to my coffee (travel mug) for a few months now. Suits me fine! :O)

@life is suffering: no I haven't actually. I like these so haven't really bothered to check any other brands.
I did get a coffee and asked for them to add some of their hazelnut flavouring and went back to them to ask if they were sure they added the (syrup) flavouring. They said they did but politely asked me if I'd like another shot… so I thank them and said yes. To my disappointment there was still little if any hint of hazelnut. I noted that the syrup was a well known brand and had wondered about getting a bottle of it weeks before so I could check it out. Thus I'll be sticking with the Nestle Hazelnut additive as it was WAY better than the brand name syrup. Brand name was Molin or something like that. I honestly thought the syrup would be better. Wasn't the case.

Ive had issues with Amazon delivery of this. 3 out of 4 deliveries have either had the jar smashed or the lid opened inside the box
I had my first Amazon delivery of one of these on Tuesday. Lid was off, most of the coffee at bottom of box. Got a refund.
It was a surprise because I find Moccona lids hard to get off.
Moccona lids are doubled sealed to keep the coffee powder fresh.. on top of it Amazon should seal with plastic vaccum wrapper …strange it has opened during delivery..

I have subscribed on amazon for the next one to be supplied in 6 months time. Would all future deliveries be charged at the discounted price??
Not necessarily. You can cancel the subscribe and save any time and they send you a reminder with the cut off day to cancel about a week before the next delivery. They tell you the exact pricing then.
For this item, its really just a price match with Woollies this week. It will probably only be the same price next time if it coincides with a supermarket offer
