Best Budget Smartwatch/Band (under $100)?

Hey Guys,

Looking for a smartwatch or band under $100.

Something with:
NFC (not essential, but would like)
Offline music playback (not essential, but would like)
Sports tracking
5 day + battery life

So far I could only find the Mi Band 5, even though it doesn't have NFC or offline music playback, its the cheapest and best smart band out there I could find according to reviews.

Please suggest other smartwatches or bands that would be good and under $100. If there's something even at $150 that's worth the price, I can stretch my budget. Thanks!

    Probably won't find anything with NFC and local playback at that price point. Cheap Chinese bands (Mi Band 5) won't have NFC, so your best bet will probably be one of the higher end Fitbits (Versa etc.) which you can get around $200.

    Have a look at the amazfit bip. I got one for $70 a few years back. No NFC or music (off-line or online). Does have gps tho and battery lasts 30-40 days. There might be a newer model out now as well

    Not sure there is anything that does all that , not in the budget. You could look at a fossil sport/misfit vapor 2, which would meet every criteria except battery life? places like the iconic and JB had them on sale a few months ago and no doubt they'l do so again if they have stock to clear as android wear isn't as refined as the apple ecosystem .

    Just a thought.

    Just browse this website. Tons of different models with details and reviews.
    Based on your preferences above, you need to buy a Used Smartwatch to have the ability of Music Playback (8GB storage?). NFC is abundant on midrange and high-end models, not very prevalent on budget models.

    If you need it Brand New (I recommend this for hygiene), then look at:

    1- Xiaomi Mi Band 5-China
    This variant has NFC built-in but not sure if that works for payments in Australia (doubt it). Music controls but no offline music playback.

    2- Amazfit Band 5-International
    Same as the above, no NFC, no Music Playback. But extra spO2 sensor, much much better Voice Recognition thanks to "AI" (buzzword lol) using Alexa.

      Thanks for that. Yes your right the Mi band 5 does have NFC but it doesn't work in Australia.

    I think the Amazfit Verge and Stratos are the cheapest with music storage, ~$130
