Hi
I was reading that the android 11 update to the mi A3 had bricked phones, was pulled, then rereleased but has lots of problems.
I'm concerned about bricking my A3 if their updates are so careless.
Has anyone got further information?

If you don't do any Netflix-like streaming service then maybe just unlock the bootloader and install a custom ROM.
If you do use Netflix then you will need to check if Widevine is still good after you unlock the bootloader and install a custom ROM.
